By accessing or using KiteMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
KiteMail is a platform that allows users to send anonymous or identified personal messages ("kites") to specific individuals using identifying information such as name, nickname, and date of birth. Messages are protected by security questions set by the sender.
You agree to use KiteMail only for lawful, personal, and genuine communication. You must not:
You are solely responsible for the content of any message you send. KiteMail does not review messages before they are sent. However, we reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user found to be in violation of these Terms.
KiteMail does not require account creation. Messages are stored and made searchable but there is no guarantee that the intended recipient will find or read your message. KiteMail is not responsible for unread or unclaimed messages.
Upon sending a kite, you receive a unique Ticket ID. This is your only reference to your message. KiteMail cannot retrieve your Ticket ID if lost. Keep it safe.
KiteMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, or security against all possible attacks. Use the service at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KiteMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
